Appointments

Once you are given an appointment time, it is given especially to you. We will be obliged if you give 24 hours intimation in advance, in case, you want to cancel your appointment. It is understood by us that some inadvertent incident may compel you to miss the appointment. If you don’t keep the appointment consecutively for the second time, an excess fee will have to be paid by you.

Insurance

Our office is keen about helping you in obtaining most of your insurance advantages. Because of the varied structures of insurance policies, we can only evaluate your coverage, but cannot give a guarantee about it as there are various intricacies in the insurance documents. Your evaluated patient share is liable to be paid at the time of treatment process. As a favor to our patients, the bills for the treatments are sent to the insurance companies and 45 days are allowed to them to make the payment. After the expiry of 60 days period, you hold the responsibility of the entire balance to be paid in full. Our staff is of very helping nature and you can ask them any questions to get a reply.
